Explosions in the Sky

Last night, we went to eat with some friends at our favorite pizza place in Macon. (We seem to eat there literally every week. I don't know why. I can't explain it).

Anyway, as we were pulling into our apartment, Greg stopped the car 10 feet before the parking spot to look at this cool cloud. I'm thinking, "Yea, yea, clouds are cool...just park!"

But then, at the same time, we saw something that really was cool: there was lightning IN the cloud.  I thought there might be some epic inter-galaxy dual and the Green Lantern was saving the day. Or it might be Luke Skywalker fighting some space creature with his lightsaber. But Greg assured me that was NOT the case either way. Then I thought Jesus was coming back, but that didn't happen either. I guess I'll just have to be content with calling it a cool light show.
